By placing the order with us you will reserve a spot to expedite your passport renewal application. Spots are limited, make your reservation now.

If you are traveling within next two weeks you should select a 4 business days processing option and contact our office to reserve your spot to expedite your passport application.
BU.S. passport renewal application: DS-82 online
Click on "Submit" under "Complete Form Online" column, complete all required fields and print out the application. Be sure to sign and date your application. The DS-82 form must be completed online, applications without a barcode in the top left will not be accepted.
CLetter of Authorization 
Please download, print and sign 2 copies of the Letter of Authorization.
DTwo (2) passport photos
Photos must be identical, taken within the past 6 months, 2x2 inches, and not from a vending machine.
Starting November 1, 2016, eye glasses will no longer be allowed in passport photos.

EOld (most recent) undamaged passport
Make sure that your old passport:
- Was issued within the last 15 years.
- You were at least 16 years of age at the time.
NOTE: Your previous passport will be returned to you with your new passport.
F Travel itinerary
- Copy of a plane ticket to a foreign country, or
- Copy of a travel itinerary with the applicant's name showing dates and flight info, or if neither is available and traveling for business
- A letter from the employer.

For 4-7 and 8-10 business day passport service travel dates must be within 14 days.
GPassport card
- Passport card must be surrendered along with the old passport book even if you are not renewing your card.
HGovernment Fees
U.S. Department of State fee of $211.36 can be added to your order or please send a Certified Check or Money Order payable to the "U.S. Department of State" for $211.36
