By using this site, you convey your agreement with these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Statement. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in legal action and restriction of your ability to access this site. From time to time, Al Fajar Travel and Tourism may modify these Terms & Conditions. Please continue to review this agreement whenever accessing or using this site. You agree that your continued use of the site after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Al Fajar Travel and Tourism shall not be liable for any failure to notify you of changes, and it is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms & Conditions.
If your passport and/or other supporting documents were received by Al Fajar Travel and Tourism and have already been submitted by Al Fajar Travel and Tourism for processing at the time of cancellation you will not receive any refund. If your passport and/or other supporting documents were received by Al Fajar Travel and Tourism and have not already been submitted by Al Fajar Travel and Tourism for processing at the time of cancellation you will receive a refund for the Embassy or U.S. Department of State fee only, less any administrative or processing fees incurred by Al Fajar Travel and Tourism. If you have not shipped your passport and other supporting documents and wish to cancel, you will receive a partial refund (equal to the difference of any fees paid and/or a $25-$50 processing charge, plus any additional costs incurred by Al Fajar Travel and Tourism).
If you wish to cancel the service for an electronic(digital) visa, Schengen consultation, and simplified consultation, a partial refund (equal to the difference of any fees paid and/or a $25 processing charge, plus any additional costs incurred by Al Fajar Travel and Tourism) will apply.
In certain cases, Al Fajar Travel and Tourism may issue a store credit applicable to future applications submitted through Al Fajar Travel and Tourism. Credit cannot be applied to applications submitted through other agencies or applications submitted to Consulates directly. Store credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expire after one year from issuance unless otherwise specified.
You may cancel by calling or emailing our support lines. All refunds can only be processed back to the same payment used. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Al Fajar Travel and Tourism cannot process refunds for payments over 3 months old under any circumstances. Al Fajar Travel and Tourism shall not be liable for any delays in processing refunds or for any inability to issue refunds due to payment processor restrictions, bank policies, or other third-party issues.
Please refer to our Refund Policy Parameters for a precise breakdown of refunds. Al Fajar Travel and Tourism disclaims all liability for any disputes arising from refund decisions, and you agree to hold Al Fajar Travel and Tourism harmless from any claims related to refunds or cancellations.

Visa, Passport, Schengen, and Consultation Refund Policy
If you cancel the service you may be entitled to a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below. VisaHQ.com reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds in its sole discretion, and all refund decisions are final and non-appealable.If your passport and/or other supporting documents were received by Al Fajar Travel and Tourism and have already been submitted by Al Fajar Travel and Tourism for processing at the time of cancellation you will not receive any refund.
