BY USING THIS SITE, BY SENDING OR DELIVERING YOUR PASSPORT(S), APPLICATION(S), OTHER DOCUMENT(S) TO Al Fajar Travel and Tourism YOU ACKNOWLEDGE READING AND ACCEPTING THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND AGREE NOT TO VIOLATE OUR POLICIES.

By using this site, you convey your agreement with these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Statement. If you do not agree with the terms stated in this agreement or are dissatisfied with the site please direct your complaints to Contact Us page. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in legal action and restriction of your ability to access this site. From time to time, Al Fajar Travel and Tourism may modify these Terms & Conditions. Please continue to review this agreement whenever accessing or using this site. You agree that your continued use of the site after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Al Fajar Travel and Tourism shall not be liable for any failure to notify you of changes, and it is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms & Conditions.

Visa, Passport, Schengen, and Consultation Refund Policy

If you cancel the service you may be entitled to a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below. VisaHQ.com reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds in its sole discretion, and all refund decisions are final and non-appealable.

If your passport and/or other supporting documents were received by Al Fajar Travel and Tourism and have already been submitted by Al Fajar Travel and Tourism for processing at the time of cancellation you will not receive any refund. If your passport and/or other supporting documents were received by Al Fajar Travel and Tourism and have not already been submitted by Al Fajar Travel and Tourism for processing at the time of cancellation you will receive a refund for the Embassy or U.S. Department of State fee only, less any administrative or processing fees incurred by Al Fajar Travel and Tourism. If you have not shipped your passport and other supporting documents and wish to cancel, you will receive a partial refund (equal to the difference of any fees paid and/or a $25-$50 processing charge, plus any additional costs incurred by Al Fajar Travel and Tourism).

If you wish to cancel the service for an electronic(digital) visa, Schengen consultation, and simplified consultation, a partial refund (equal to the difference of any fees paid and/or a $25 processing charge, plus any additional costs incurred by Al Fajar Travel and Tourism) will apply.

In certain cases, Al Fajar Travel and Tourism may issue a store credit applicable to future applications submitted through Al Fajar Travel and Tourism. Credit cannot be applied to applications submitted through other agencies or applications submitted to Consulates directly. Store credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expire after one year from issuance unless otherwise specified.

You may cancel by calling or emailing our support lines. All refunds can only be processed back to the same payment used. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Al Fajar Travel and Tourism cannot process refunds for payments over 3 months old under any circumstances. Al Fajar Travel and Tourism shall not be liable for any delays in processing refunds or for any inability to issue refunds due to payment processor restrictions, bank policies, or other third-party issues.

Please refer to our Refund Policy Parameters for a precise breakdown of refunds. Al Fajar Travel and Tourism disclaims all liability for any disputes arising from refund decisions, and you agree to hold Al Fajar Travel and Tourism harmless from any claims related to refunds or cancellations.

Processing time

Processing time for visas and passports quoted by Al Fajar Travel and Tourism are approximate and based on processing times provided by Consulates and the Department of State under normal circumstances. Processing time should be calculated starting the next business day of the date when the documents are delivered to Al Fajar Travel and Tourism for "Same Day" and "Next Day" processing options. For other processing options processing time should be calculated starting the day after submission of the documents to the embassy or the Department of State. Consulates and/or the US Department of State may request additional documents and may delay and/or deny processing at their discretion without further explanations. Al Fajar Travel and Tourism will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing, including but not limited to missed travel opportunities, lost wages, or additional expenses. No service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, shipping charges or any portion thereof will be refunded due to delays or denial of service. You acknowledge that processing times are estimates only and agree to assume all risks associated with reliance on such estimates.

Fees and Payments

You agree that your credit card(s) will be billed immediately after online verification takes place. You agree to pay all fees and charges for any products or services offered for sale by Al Fajar Travel and Tourism or by any other vendor or service provider through Al Fajar Travel and Tourism. You shall pay all applicable taxes and shipping charges relating to the purchase of any other products or services. Requirements and fees related to the processing of passports and visas are subject to change, including, but not limited to, embassy consular fees, application forms and documentation required for visa issuance, which are subject to change without notice. Al Fajar Travel and Tourism shall not be liable for any fee increases, additional charges imposed by third parties, or any financial losses resulting from such changes. You authorize Al Fajar Travel and Tourism to charge your payment method for any such additional fees without further notice.

Shipping

Al Fajar Travel and Tourism uses FedEx for all its shipping needs unless instructed otherwise. Al Fajar Travel and Tourism uses standard envelopes and other standard packing materials provided by FedEx or another shipping company as instructed by a client. Sometimes documents get damaged or lost during shipping. Al Fajar Travel and Tourism is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while the product is in client's possession or in transit, including but not limited to theft, tampering, or natural disasters. Al Fajar Travel and Tourism strongly encourages its clients to use shipping services that provide real time tracking of packages in transit. Al Fajar Travel and Tourism is not responsible for any failures or mistakes by shipping companies to deliver, deliver on time, track, locate, and keep safe, any and all packages. Al Fajar Travel and Tourism cannot and does not warrant any claims or guarantees made by shipping companies as to the quality of service, timely delivery, availability of service, and other claims. You agree to indemnify Al Fajar Travel and Tourism against any claims arising from shipping issues and acknowledge that all shipping risks are borne solely by you.

Service description

Al Fajar Travel and Tourism does its best to correctly describe all services that appear on the website. However, Al Fajar Travel and Tourism does not warrant that all the statements, definitions, and descriptions are most current, complete, accurate, and error free. Consulates often change their requirements and fees without prior warning and changes can take effect immediately. In an event, shall any description of service or any information on our site become outdated or inaccurate, you agree to hold Al Fajar Travel and Tourism harmless. You will not hold Al Fajar Travel and Tourism responsible for any and all inaccuracies or mistakes in service descriptions, prices, processing times, processing dates, and other information provided on the Al Fajar Travel and Tourism website, including any consequential damages arising therefrom.

Service

Requirements and fees related to the processing of passports and visas are subject to change without notice. Application forms and additional documents required for visa issuance are subject to change without notice. Consular and U.S. Passport Agency officials may request additional documentation at their discretion. They may also decline issuance of travel documents, visa, or passport without disclosing the reason for denial. Processing time for visas and passports quoted by Al Fajar Travel and Tourism are approximations based on normal circumstances, and are deemed reliable in most cases but are not guaranteed. Al Fajar Travel and Tourism will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing. Al Fajar Travel and Tourism reserves the right to decline processing of documents for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, or unusual circumstances. You acknowledge that Al Fajar Travel and Tourism acts solely as a facilitator and not as a guarantor of approval, and you release Al Fajar Travel and Tourism from all liability related to application outcomes.

Immigration Services and Consultations

Certain immigration services and consultations may be provided through VisaHQ.co.uk Ltd, a licensed immigration services provider in the United Kingdom, regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). These services are subject to the laws and regulations of the United Kingdom and may include advice on visa applications, immigration pathways, and related consultations. By using these services, you agree to comply with all applicable UK immigration laws and acknowledge that VisaHQ.co.uk Ltd provides regulated advice only within the scope of its OISC license. Al Fajar Travel and Tourism and VisaHQ.co.uk Ltd make no guarantees regarding the success of any immigration application or consultation outcome. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, and any advice provided is based on the details you supply. Al Fajar Travel and Tourism and VisaHQ.co.uk Ltd shall not be liable for any denials, delays, or losses arising from incorrect information, changes in immigration policies, or decisions by immigration authorities. Fees for these services are non-refundable except as outlined in the Refund Policy, and you agree to hold Al Fajar Travel and Tourism and VisaHQ.co.uk Ltd harmless from any claims related to immigration services. These services are separate from other Al Fajar Travel and Tourism offerings, and any disputes shall be resolved under UK law.

Use of Third-Party AI Systems

Al Fajar Travel and Tourism may utilize third-party artificial intelligence (AI) systems to enhance services, including but not limited to application processing, document analysis, chat support, or recommendation features. You acknowledge and consent to the use of such third-party AI systems in connection with your use of the site and services. Al Fajar Travel and Tourism does not control or operate these third-party AI systems and makes no representations or warranties regarding their accuracy, reliability, or security. You agree that Al Fajar Travel and Tourism shall not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies, biases, or outputs generated by these AI systems, including any advice, recommendations, or automated decisions. You agree to pay any and all costs, damages and expenses, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs awarded against or otherwise incurred by or in connection with or arising from any claim, suit and/or action or proceeding attributable to any such action.

Termination

You agree that Al Fajar Travel and Tourism shall have the right to terminate your ability to access this site at any time without notice and you that will not hold Al Fajar Travel and Tourism responsible or liable for any damages whatsoever. Al Fajar Travel and Tourism reserves the right to decline processing of documents for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, or unusual circumstances.
