BY USING THIS SITE, BY SENDING OR DELIVERING YOUR PASSPORT(S), APPLICATION(S), OTHER DOCUMENT(S) TO China Highlights YOU ACKNOWLEDGE READING AND ACCEPTING THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND AGREE NOT TO VIOLATE OUR POLICIES.

By using this site, you convey your agreement with these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Statement. If you do not agree with the terms stated in this agreement or are dissatisfied with the site please direct your complaints to Contact Us page. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in legal action and restriction of your ability to access this site. From time to time, China Highlights may modify these Terms & Conditions. Please continue to review this agreement whenever accessing or using this site. You agree that your continued use of the site after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. China Highlights shall not be liable for any failure to notify you of changes, and it is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms & Conditions.

Visa, Passport, Schengen, and Consultation Refund Policy

If you cancel the service you may be entitled to a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below. VisaHQ.com reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds in its sole discretion, and all refund decisions are final and non-appealable.

If your passport and/or other supporting documents were received by China Highlights and have already been submitted by China Highlights for processing at the time of cancellation you will not receive any refund. If your passport and/or other supporting documents were received by China Highlights and have not already been submitted by China Highlights for processing at the time of cancellation you will receive a refund for the Embassy or U.S. Department of State fee only, less any administrative or processing fees incurred by China Highlights. If you have not shipped your passport and other supporting documents and wish to cancel, you will receive a partial refund (equal to the difference of any fees paid and/or a $25-$50 processing charge, plus any additional costs incurred by China Highlights).

If you wish to cancel the service for an electronic(digital) visa, Schengen consultation, and simplified consultation, a partial refund (equal to the difference of any fees paid and/or a $25 processing charge, plus any additional costs incurred by China Highlights) will apply.

In certain cases, China Highlights may issue a store credit applicable to future applications submitted through China Highlights. Credit cannot be applied to applications submitted through other agencies or applications submitted to Consulates directly. Store credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expire after one year from issuance unless otherwise specified.

You may cancel by calling or emailing our support lines. All refunds can only be processed back to the same payment used. Notwithstanding the foregoing, China Highlights cannot process refunds for payments over 3 months old under any circumstances. China Highlights shall not be liable for any delays in processing refunds or for any inability to issue refunds due to payment processor restrictions, bank policies, or other third-party issues.

Please refer to our Refund Policy Parameters for a precise breakdown of refunds. China Highlights disclaims all liability for any disputes arising from refund decisions, and you agree to hold China Highlights harmless from any claims related to refunds or cancellations.

Processing time

Processing time for visas and passports quoted by China Highlights are approximate and based on processing times provided by Consulates and the Department of State under normal circumstances. Processing time should be calculated starting the next business day of the date when the documents are delivered to China Highlights for "Same Day" and "Next Day" processing options. For other processing options processing time should be calculated starting the day after submission of the documents to the embassy or the Department of State. Consulates and/or the US Department of State may request additional documents and may delay and/or deny processing at their discretion without further explanations. China Highlights will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing, including but not limited to missed travel opportunities, lost wages, or additional expenses. No service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, shipping charges or any portion thereof will be refunded due to delays or denial of service. You acknowledge that processing times are estimates only and agree to assume all risks associated with reliance on such estimates.

Fees and Payments

You agree that your credit card(s) will be billed immediately after online verification takes place. You agree to pay all fees and charges for any products or services offered for sale by China Highlights or by any other vendor or service provider through China Highlights. You shall pay all applicable taxes and shipping charges relating to the purchase of any other products or services. Requirements and fees related to the processing of passports and visas are subject to change, including, but not limited to, embassy consular fees, application forms and documentation required for visa issuance, which are subject to change without notice. China Highlights shall not be liable for any fee increases, additional charges imposed by third parties, or any financial losses resulting from such changes. You authorize China Highlights to charge your payment method for any such additional fees without further notice.

Shipping

China Highlights uses FedEx for all its shipping needs unless instructed otherwise. China Highlights uses standard envelopes and other standard packing materials provided by FedEx or another shipping company as instructed by a client. Sometimes documents get damaged or lost during shipping. China Highlights is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while the product is in client's possession or in transit, including but not limited to theft, tampering, or natural disasters. China Highlights strongly encourages its clients to use shipping services that provide real time tracking of packages in transit. China Highlights is not responsible for any failures or mistakes by shipping companies to deliver, deliver on time, track, locate, and keep safe, any and all packages. China Highlights cannot and does not warrant any claims or guarantees made by shipping companies as to the quality of service, timely delivery, availability of service, and other claims. You agree to indemnify China Highlights against any claims arising from shipping issues and acknowledge that all shipping risks are borne solely by you.

Service description

China Highlights does its best to correctly describe all services that appear on the website. However, China Highlights does not warrant that all the statements, definitions, and descriptions are most current, complete, accurate, and error free. Consulates often change their requirements and fees without prior warning and changes can take effect immediately. In an event, shall any description of service or any information on our site become outdated or inaccurate, you agree to hold China Highlights harmless. You will not hold China Highlights responsible for any and all inaccuracies or mistakes in service descriptions, prices, processing times, processing dates, and other information provided on the China Highlights website, including any consequential damages arising therefrom.

Service

Requirements and fees related to the processing of passports and visas are subject to change without notice. Application forms and additional documents required for visa issuance are subject to change without notice. Consular and U.S. Passport Agency officials may request additional documentation at their discretion. They may also decline issuance of travel documents, visa, or passport without disclosing the reason for denial. Processing time for visas and passports quoted by China Highlights are approximations based on normal circumstances, and are deemed reliable in most cases but are not guaranteed. China Highlights will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing. China Highlights reserves the right to decline processing of documents for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, or unusual circumstances. You acknowledge that China Highlights acts solely as a facilitator and not as a guarantor of approval, and you release China Highlights from all liability related to application outcomes.

Immigration Services and Consultations

Certain immigration services and consultations may be provided through VisaHQ.co.uk Ltd, a licensed immigration services provider in the United Kingdom, regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). These services are subject to the laws and regulations of the United Kingdom and may include advice on visa applications, immigration pathways, and related consultations. By using these services, you agree to comply with all applicable UK immigration laws and acknowledge that VisaHQ.co.uk Ltd provides regulated advice only within the scope of its OISC license. China Highlights and VisaHQ.co.uk Ltd make no guarantees regarding the success of any immigration application or consultation outcome. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, and any advice provided is based on the details you supply. China Highlights and VisaHQ.co.uk Ltd shall not be liable for any denials, delays, or losses arising from incorrect information, changes in immigration policies, or decisions by immigration authorities. Fees for these services are non-refundable except as outlined in the Refund Policy, and you agree to hold China Highlights and VisaHQ.co.uk Ltd harmless from any claims related to immigration services. These services are separate from other China Highlights offerings, and any disputes shall be resolved under UK law.

Use of Third-Party AI Systems

China Highlights may utilize third-party artificial intelligence (AI) systems to enhance services, including but not limited to application processing, document analysis, chat support, or recommendation features. You acknowledge and consent to the use of such third-party AI systems in connection with your use of the site and services. China Highlights does not control or operate these third-party AI systems and makes no representations or warranties regarding their accuracy, reliability, or security. You agree that China Highlights shall not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies, biases, or outputs generated by these AI systems, including any advice, recommendations, or automated decisions. Furthermore, by using the site, you waive any claims against China Highlights related to data security and privacy breaches arising from the use of third-party AI systems, including but not limited to unauthorized access, data leaks, or misuse of personal information processed by such systems. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content for accuracy and agree to indemnify China Highlights against any liabilities stemming from your reliance on AI outputs. By submitting registration and application forms, you certify that the information you provide is true and correct. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID (login) and password. You are responsible for all uses of your User ID (login), whether or not authorized by you. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your User ID or password. Please refer to our Privacy Statement that governs submitted & distributed information. China Highlights implements reasonable security measures but disclaims liability for any security breaches, including those involving third-party AI systems or external threats.

Intellectual Property

This Web site, including but not limited to text, content, photographs, graphics, software applications, is protected as a collective work by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, international treaties and/or other proprietary rights and laws of the U.S. and other countries. All logos, images, Web site design, text, graphics, software, HTML code used to generate Web pages on China Highlights, are the sole property of China Highlights and cannot be copied, adapted, sketched, painted, or otherwise reproduced in any manner whatsoever without the prior written permission of China Highlights. Copyrights and Trademarks compliance

China Highlights takes all steps necessary to insure compliance with and honoring intellectual property rights of others. You hereby agree to hold China Highlights free of any responsibility and liability arising from any actual or alleged intellectual rights infringement and agree to notify China Highlights of any such actual or perceived infringement immediately upon discovery in writing. You also agree to allow China Highlights enough time to investigate and respond to any such infringement or accusation before taking any legal action.

Indemnification

You shall indemnify, hold and save harmless, and defend at your own expense China Highlights, its officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against all suits, claims, demands and liability of any nature or kind, including costs and expenses arising out of acts of violation of these Terms & Conditions by you, your employees, agents, sub-contractors, or anyone using your computer/user ID. This requirement shall extend to claims or liabilities of any third parties arising out of the use of any patented or copyrighted information or for any other reason, including claims related to third-party AI systems, data security breaches, privacy violations, immigration services outcomes, or application denials. You agree to pay any and all costs, damages and expenses, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs awarded against or otherwise incurred by or in connection with or arising from any claim, suit and/or action or proceeding attributable to any such action.

Termination

You agree that China Highlights shall have the right to terminate your ability to access this site at any time without notice and you that will not hold China Highlights responsible or liable for any damages whatsoever. China Highlights reserves the right to decline processing of documents for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, or unusual circumstances.

This web site contains links to third-party Web sites. These links are provided exclusively for information purposes and to assist in locating other Internet resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy of information, expressed opinions or statements, of any third-party sites linked to us or any links contained in a linked site.
